Maneuvering around Hillbrook-Tall Oaks is getting a little tricky at times because of replacement of water and gas lines in sections of the neighborhood. Gas pipe work is largely completed on Kingston Dr., Dodson Dr., Cindy Ln., and Pacific Ln.
Starting in April, the Fairfax County Water Authority will be replacing major water lines on Cindy Ln., Monterey Dr., and Oak Court. Intersections at Pacific Ln. – Monterey Dr. and Cindy Ln. – Hillbrook Dr. also might be affected.
Lastly, in the spring of 2027, the intersection of Hillbrook Dr. and Little River Turnpike will see construction of a sidewalk and the rerouting of a massive 30″ diameter water pipe.
