ANNANDALE, Va. — Neighbors are invited to join in the Hillbrook–Tall Oaks Civic Association’s annual Oktoberfest celebration, held in conjunction with the neighborhood Halloween Parade. Both events will take place from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., offering a wonderful opportunity for residents of all ages to gather, meet new neighbors, and enjoy the afternoon together.
The Hillbrook–Tall Oaks Civic Association (HTOCA) will provide a main entrée of brats and hot dogs, along with water and soft drinks. Residents are encouraged to bring side dishes and desserts to share. For adults, beer and wine will also be available.
