ANNANDALE, Va. — Action heroes, goblins, witches, monsters, lions, tigers, bears and other creatures may descend on the annual Hillbrook-Tall Oaks Halloween parade. The ghostly event starts at 3 pm on Sunday. Participants will start the parade at 5101 Dodson Drive and walk to the Colburn Drive cul-de-sac where you will find food, treats for kids, contests, and more!!
So, put on your best Halloween attire. See if you can impress the judges, who will present winners with prizes. See if you can guess the weight of the pumpkin. Or, perhaps you can calculate the number of candy corns in a jar. Parking: there will be no parking in the Colburn Drive cul-de-sac. Walk to this event if you live nearby and watch for children if you are driving.
